The Artistic Elements’ design team is a group of talented and thoughtful designers, project managers, and marketers that take pride in providing only an exceptional experience. The combined business, technical, and creative expertise that is encompassed within our multi-cultural studio allows us to address and solve even the most demanding of projects.
Our Founders
KATYA Thompson
Director of Design, RID 12197
Katya is born and raised in Eastern Europe where she studied Civil Engineering. When she moved to the United States, she was immediately drawn to the exciting world of Interior Design. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Oklahoma, she launched her career with several iconic fashion brands such as Fossil, BCBG, Guess, Marc Jacobs and others, where she designed retail storefronts in the US, Canada, London, Frankfurt, Singapore and other major hubs all over the world. Being a Registered Interior Designer led her to an opportunity with a Los Angeles based designer focusing on high-end residential design. While enjoying many aspects of architecture and engineering, Katya’s true calling is Interior Design. She says it allows her to express herself in a much more free and creative manner. Her Eastern European background and worldly travels allow her to incorporate a myriad of artistic elements into her work. Katya’s mission is to provide a design that is uniquely tailored to your aesthetic and lifestyle.
Drew Thompson
President
Drew Thompson, an Illinois native, where his family has a 3rd generation electrical business. He received his B.S. in Business Management from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg FL, and an MBA from Millikin University in Decatur, IL. Throughout his career, he has held many executive roles to include his most recent role as CFO and Vice President of a large building product manufacture. In his unique role, he was responsible for working with designers and architects throughout the world specifying and custom building his products for their needs. Drew is able to provide Artistic Elements a unique benefit to its clients as he is able to bring expertise in project management, budget management, and vendor relations. It has been his dream to work with his wife Katya, and in February of 2020, they took the plunge and purchased Artistic Elements. He is excited to be able to bring a truly unique interior design experience to South Florida.

Megan Luecke
Interior Designer
Megan has been with Artistic Elements since nearly their beginning, starting as one of their first employees. Approaching 10 years as a designer, her experience is noted. She is resourceful, knowledgeable about the processes, and efficient at pulling all the strings that bring a luxury home from start to finish. Megan received her Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Southeast Missouri State University. Originally from a small town outside of St. Louis, MO, she began her design career there before moving to Nashville, TN, and eventually settling in South Florida.
Diana Timakova
Interior Designer
Diana's interior design journey began in Moscow in 2013, where she started studying architecture at Moscow Architectural University. Despite intending to become an architect, she fell in love with interior design after receiving her Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Diana has worked on various projects, including residential apartments, villas, commercial interiors, and restaurants. She joined Artistic Elements a few years ago and is delighted to create beautiful and unique interiors with a team that shares her values, mission, and vision.
Claire Cossins
Assistant Interior Designer

Claire graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Studies, Interior Design. Originally from St. Louis, her passion for high-end design aligns seamlessly with Artistic Elements. Claire's interest in travel led her to immerse herself in diverse design cultures, further expanding her creative horizons. She looks to Katya as a guiding influence on design projects, aiming to contribute creatively to the team.

Yana Makarova
3D Designer

Yana's dream of becoming an architect led her to obtain a bachelor's degree in architecture. During her studies, she delved into the world of 3D visualization and freelanced in this field. Now a part of the creative team at Artistic Elements, she collaborates with talented designers to bring beautiful projects to life. Yana finds fulfillment in participating in projects that inspire and delight, always ready to tackle new challenges and contribute to the creative atmosphere.

Georgiy Gvadzabiya
3D Designer
Georgiy's interest in 3D visualization began during his university years and has since grown into a professional career. He started freelancing in 2018, participating in diverse projects that marked crucial stages in his growth. Currently a member of the Artistic Elements team, Georgiy continuously evolves and gains valuable experience in the field of 3D visualization. He aims to make each project an opportunity to bring unique visual concepts to life, finding inspiration and support within the creative collective at Artistic Elements.
Luba Grishina
3D Designer

Luba is a master's graduate from the St. Petersburg Architectural and Construction University, specializing in innovations in construction. She began her journey in 3D visualization while balancing work and studies, and it has since become her life’s passion. Since 2022, she has worked as a freelancer, primarily visualizing country houses, before joining the Artistic Elements team.

Luba is inspired by the opportunity to work on unique projects where every detail matters. In her work, she strives to convey an atmosphere of comfort and harmony, creating renders that make you feel this is the very home you want to live in and be happy.

Dominika Paluch
Project Manager
Originally from Krakow, Poland, Dominika spent 20 years in there before embarking on a new chapter in the US. Her academic journey led her to Baruch College in New York, where she graduated with honors, majoring in Operations Management and minoring in Art - Graphics. Dominika's professional path has been diverse, including roles as an Office Manager and Restaurant Manager. She now serves as a Project Manager at Artistic Elements, leveraging her logistical expertise and meticulous attention to detail to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Outside of work, Dominika enjoys indulging in board games, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and cherishing moments with loved ones.
Katsiaryna Charnykh
Procurement & E-Commerce Manager

Katsiaryna, born and raised in Belarus, graduated from Belorussian State Technological University with a degree in Marketing of building materials. With over 8 years of experience as a purchasing manager in an online shop of auto parts, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Procurement & E-Commerce Manager at Artistic Elements. Katsiaryna's other passion is Web Design; she continually improves her skills through courses and personal projects. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her daughter, Nika, and exploring new cuisines.

Maria Gonzalez
Interior Design Consultant

Maria is a dedicated Interior Design Consultant with a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces tailored to each client's unique style and needs. With a background in engineering, she brings a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every design is both aesthetically refined and highly practical. Her expertise lies in selecting the right materials, colors, and layouts to bring her clients’ visions to life. Inspired by her travels, Maria integrates diverse cultural influences into her designs, adding depth and character to every space. She is committed to delivering thoughtful, well-executed interiors that enhance both form and function.

DARIA KHULUP
Marketing Manager
With a background in Analytical Economics and Business Administration from universities in Belarus and Poland, Daria brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and creative flair to Artistic Elements. As the company's first member, she developed withing the team and now takes care of digital marketing, public relations, communications, and social media. Beyond her professional endeavors, Daria channels her creativity into her multiple passions including developing her own clothing line.
