The initial stage of the design process is about establishing the overall look and feel of the project, understanding the client's needs and wants, reviewing the space and architecture. From this, we begin to create a bespoke design tailored specifically to each client.

In the Design Presentation stage, we present our designs through the use of material samples, flat boards, as well as using the latest in technology. We providing CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and Virtual Reality Walkthrough to allow our clients to experience the design before sign off.

This stage is for design projects that include construction. We will produce a "Build Bible", a binder that contains drawings, specifications, and schedules for every wall, floor, surface, appliance, product, and color. Every detail will be laid out so that the intended design can be converted into reality. This detailed book will allow for accurate quoting by contractors and help to ensure no surprises or questions during the build.

For all design projects, we manage the purchasing of all furniture, decorative lighting, rugs, drapery, art, and accessories. We create a detailed schedule that shows every single piece of furniture and fabric to be used in the project, for final approval and sign off. As items arrive they are inspected and photographed for any damage or imperfections.

Throughout the construction process, we will routinely do onsite inspections to guarantee every last detail of your bespoke design is being completed to our standards. We want to provide our clients the comfort and convenience to be away and travel while their dream home is being built.

The final stage of the process is the most exciting. This is when the design comes to life. All furniture is installed by an experienced white glove delivery team overseen by us. We carefully place every piece of the design together, art is perfectly hung, accessories are strategically arranged, and our trademark white roses are placed for the final touch.
