We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer and Interior Design Assistant to join our growing team in Boca Raton. Senior Interior Designer:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage luxury residential design projects from concept through completion
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized, functional, and visually compelling interiors
• Create design presentations, mood boards, renderings, and technical drawing packages
• Source and curate luxury furnishings, finishes, lighting, materials, and accessories
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project timelines, budgets, procurement, and installation processes
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and client experience

Qualifications:

• Must be local to Boca Raton and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury residential interior design
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential projects
• Excellent understanding of space planning, detailing, materials, and construction coordination
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation/rendering software
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Interior Design Assistant:

Passionate about interior design? Ready to work on high-end luxury projects and learn from the best? Artistic Elements is looking for a talented, detail-obsessed Design Assistant to join our team! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and material selections
• Help create detailed drawings, floor plans, and presentations
• Be hands-on in styling and staging for installations
• Keep projects, selections, and timelines organized and running smoothly
• Assist with social media and content creation
• Coordinate with the design team, clients, and contractors to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Manage calendars, reminders, and follow-ups to keep everything on track and on time
• Research and stay ahead of trends, finishes, and luxury materials

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
• A keen eye for detail, color, and high-end aesthetics
• 2+ years of experience in interior design, project coordination, or a related field
• Strong understanding of luxury design, selections, and sourcing
• Organized to the extreme—you love lists, schedules, and making things happen
• Familiar with Instagram, Pinterest, and other social media for design content
• A proactive, resourceful attitude—if something needs to get done, you figure it out
• Strong AI understanding and integration into daily tasks
• Strong organization skills—you love keeping projects on track!
