Problem

This new construction home had great potential but lacked character, warmth, and functionality. The fully enclosed kitchen disrupted the flow, and the vast ceiling heights needed thoughtful design to enhance the space without overwhelming it. The goal was to create a luxurious yet inviting home that would appeal to both the homeowners and high-end renters.

Solutions

We opened up the kitchen, improving the home’s energy and usability while maintaining a refined, timeless aesthetic. The master bedroom was designed as a perfect retreat, featuring blackout drapery, a custom built-in desk and vanity, and a serene, sophisticated palette. In the master bathroom, we embraced the impressive 17-foot ceilings with a 60-inch Allegri crystal chandelier, a curved shower highlighted by gold glass tiles, and a naturally round tub for a spa-like ambiance. The result? A seamless blend of elegance and comfort—so compelling that the home is now rented for $62,000/month, proving that great design is a valuable investment.
